Emphasis Consulting takes a customized approach to teaching every client. Our core education is based on leadership theories and the development of execution plans designed to help our clients reach their goals. We also take a hands-on approach to training our clients, working well beyond theory.

As an example, if we are working with a leader experiencing significant organizational changes, our change-management method builds strategies and communication plans in order to navigate employees through challenging times that impact retention.  Changes we have supported companies with include: layoffs, internal conflicts, low-performance issues, team reorganizations.
